"When can we get The Daily Scoop gelato and sorbet again?"
The truth is nobody really knows, but I am considering to do something about it. In fact I am offering my help to the first person that shows enthusiasm and determination to produce the best gelato in Australia (again) and compete with the best in The Royal Sydney Show in 2017. Here are the main points if you think you're the right person (or if you know someone who is - pass it on):
- Start a new enterprise or add ice cream production to something you already have (restaurant, cafe, dairy farm, tourism operation)
- Be prepared to learn the art of making gelato and sorbet to the traditional European recipe
- Setup an ice cream production facility with quality equipment
